We met our goal in 15 days with 400 backers and over $25,000 dollars. What an exciting past couple of weeks it has been! We’re so incredibly grateful to you for supporting us and dogs everywhere and honestly can’t thank you enough. Please know your contributions will make a difference. STRETCH GOALS
Thanks again for getting us to our main goal. We want to be sure and take advantage of the time we have left to help as many dogs as possible avoid the dangers of bully sticks, so we're excited to announce some stretch goals. Please join us in working towards these goals!
#1 - The Bully Buddy 3 (Unlocked after raising $50,000)
Unlocking this reward will allow us to prototype and design the Bully Buddy 3 for dogs 75 - 125 lbs. This will help us bring the Bully Buddy to dogs of all breeds and sizes and especially the most aggressive chewers who really chew those bully sticks to pieces.
#2 - The "Bitty" Buddy (Unlocked after raising $75,000)
This amount of funding will help us develop the "bitty" or "mini" Bully Buddy for your scrappy pups under 10 lbs. (We have one more naming reward left. If you want to grab the naming rights to the "Bitty" Buddy, get it while you can!) Can't underestimate those little guys and their chewing power!
#3 - The Family Package (Unlocked after raising $100,000)
Meeting this goal will allow us to supply a whole family of Bully Buddies to you, including a "puppy package" consisting of several sizes of Bully Buddies and bully sticks to accommodate your puppy as he or she grows.

Greetings Backers!
With US Independence Day just around the corner and our campaign funding goal so very close, we might have double the reason to celebrate soon!
But while we’re ready to rejoice in the 4th + our funding goal, we’ll never lose sight of why we’re doing this in the first place: to keep dogs safe and happy.
More dogs get lost on the 4th of July than any other time of the year. Yikes. That means that the 5th of July is the busiest shelter day of the year. In fact, nearly 1 in 5 lost pets go missing after being scared by hearing the sound of fireworks, thunderstorms or loud noises.
To make matters worse, according to ASPCA, only 15-20% of dogs make it back to their owners after they are lost and picked up by a shelter. So while we’re ogling the sparkling display, our dog might be looking for a way to bolt at the very sound of each and every firework.
Tips for keeping your dog safe and calm during this year's festivities:
- Keep your dog indoors
- Give your dog a comfortable and calm place to relax
- If you plan to take your dog out of the house, make sure your dog’s microchipping is up to date and visit FoundAnimals.org for more information.
- Provide dogs with stimulating treats, toys or distractions and always keep an eye on bully sticks if they are not secured in a Bully Buddy device.
- If you take your dog outside, keep them on a short leash at all times and never leave them unattended outside.
- If your dog has a history of anxiety around Independence Day, talk to your vet today about medications that might be appropriate to help your dog cope during this time of year.
