We are finalizing our “Get to Know Your Pup” survey and will be sending it out … drum roll please …. next Tuesday, August 7th!
Through the survey, we will obtain vital information about the size and chew strength of your dog, and you will have the opportunity to add extra items – such as another Bully Buddy or extra bully sticks – to your order!
In the meantime we wanted to let you know that our pre-order store is open for you and your friends that might have missed our Kickstarter campaign.
Through our pre-order store you can order another pledge package or individual products like a single Bully Buddy or pack of hand-selected Bow Wow Labs bully sticks.

We wanted you to know that we’re making good progress getting everything ready for the next phase of this project.
As part of our process we need to make sure we send you the right size Bully Buddy and matching bully sticks. So, we’ll be sending you a survey in a little over a week asking you to verify the size and chewing strength of your dog along with some other questions that will help us serve you in the future. Hi Everyone!
We hope you and your dogs are still enjoying this beautiful Summer! All of us at Bow Wow Labs were talking this morning about how fun it was to see everyone and their four-legged friends out and about this weekend at the park, the Saturday markets, the shops and elsewhere. We love seeing all of the water bowls and treats that folks kindly leave out to help keep dogs hydrated and nourished in this heat.

OK, now for some FAQs. Don’t forget you can also refer to our FAQ section for answers to these, and other, questions.
Q. When can I choose the size of my new Bully Buddy?
We will send out a survey in about two weeks asking for details about your dog’s weight and breed which will allow us to determine which size Bully Buddy is right for your dog. At that time, you will also be able to add items to your order such as more Bully Buddies, our hand-selected bully sticks, a bully stick jar and treat bag.
Q. Remind me, what size Bully Buddy is appropriate for my pup?
- Bully Buddy 1 = Dogs 10-25 lbs
- Bully Buddy 2 = Dogs 25-70 lbs*
- Bully Buddy 3 = Dogs 70-125 lbs*
- Bitty Buddy: Dogs 10 lbs and under
Note: After we receive the Kickstarter funds within the next couple of weeks, we’ll immediately finish the design and prototyping of the BB2 as well as start the design and prototyping for the Bully Buddy 3 and Bitty Buddy.
BB1 is scheduled to begin shipping before Labor Day. We expect to ship BB2 a month later. We're planning on shipping BB3 and the Bitty Buddy later in 2018 but these two may ship in the first quarter of 2019.
* Weight ranges are estimated and subject to change after further product testing; we will send you the correct size Bully Buddy based on the size and chew strength of your dog.
Q. Why can’t you send the survey sooner? Why does it take two weeks?
Two weeks is the time it takes for us to settle everything up with Kickstarter and make sure we have everyone’s correct payment and shipping information before we begin the process of finalizing everyone’s orders.
Q. Are you offering international shipping through your pre-order store?
At this time we are offering shipping to the United States and Canada only. The decision on International shipping will be made after we launch the full Bow Wow Labs website and ordering engine later this summer.
So, hopefully that clears a few things up! We’re excited to get you the survey and show you what those Bully Buddies can do for you and your pups. More to come!
